DESCRIPTION

The Advanced Academic Course in Digital Video aims to provide transversal skills for the design and development of video products. The course aims to look at issues related to audiovisual theory and analysis from different points of view as well as editing techniques and software. Both theoretical issues (technical-scientific, socio-cultural and regulatory aspects) and purely planning aspects will be addressed. The course will be carried out through the guidance of expert designers and videomakers that will be able to guide the participants up to the level of executive detail, as well as guiding them to master production. At the end of the Advanced Academic Course in Digital Video, students will have acquired theoretical and practical skills for the creation of an audiovisual product, and will also be able to carry out projects with an innovative approach and a broad vision of the entire cinematographic production system

TITLE ISSUED

At the end of the Advanced Academic Course, the Pantheon Design & Technology Institute will issue a Certificate of Achievement of the Advanced Academic Course in Digital Video.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Candidates in possession of at least one of the following qualifications can be admitted to the course:
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's Degree or 1st level Academic Diploma issued by AFAM institutions
- Master's Degree, Single-Cycle 5-year Degree or 2nd level Academic Diploma issued by AFAM institutions

SKILLS

The Digital Video expert, through the use of digital shooting tools, is able to create videos and images using specific software, knows the fundamentals of video shooting and digital photography, understands the play of light and shadows, knows how to retouch a photo and edit a video, makes color corrections and composes realistic photomontages. They can professionally use various digital tools and deals with post-production of digital videos by organizing video projects, assembling images and video footage (acquired from analog and digital sources) and performing audio editing and synchronization, thus creating professional and impactful works.
